Free Art Lessons
Although this is largely a paid subscription website, there are enough free lessons to make this site worth visiting. The lessons are so well done, and cover a broad variety of techniques. When I taught 2nd grade, I would try to fit lessons in whenever I could, and always got such positive feedback from parents.
